I have been reading the book, " How to Make Your Colors Shine" by Jeanne Bobie. It's mostly for watercolorists but I was looking for a black that wasn't dull. In her chapter Dark Glows, she had a great mixture for black and I had to try it on this current painting. This painting is a stretch. I am using new materials. (Things found in the garbage). I found 2 wooden blinds in the garbage and have recycled them into four supports for my environmental series.

This is great! I too have used something "recycled" in my latest piece. Very creative!
Please post more links to EDM. Your work is amazing and would inspire other artists.
Cool idea! I think I could do something on masonite, have my hubbie saw it up on his table saw, and then try painting something on it. Love this!
